● 研究兴趣、领域:
我们利用冷冻电子显微学,结合生物化学、生物物理学和细胞生物学等技术手段,研究:
(1)蛋白质复合体、复杂蛋白质机器和膜蛋白的结构、功能与工作机制;
(2)囊泡运输中的分子机制,蛋白质与膜脂的相互作用,生物膜与重大疾病的关系。
