● 研究兴趣、领域:
本实验室将在哺乳动物细胞及模式生物中,开发利用CRISPR技术研究细胞发育生物学和疾病相关机理,并应用于精准医学诊断治疗。具体研究方向包括:
(1)开发CRISPR合成生物学工具从多维度研究基因组和转录组的调控机理;
(2)利用新型工具探求疾病发育过程中基因组和转录组的时空变化和基因调控的机理;
(3)精准医学:针对疾病相关的基因组或转录组异常,开发相应的诊断和靶向治疗方法。
