●  研究兴趣、领域:

我们实验室感兴趣各个层面的基因组调控事件,重点关注R-loop生物学研究与基因组调控。R-loop是由一条单链DNA和另一条RNA:DNA杂合链混合组成的三股染色质结构,在许多生物体中发挥着重要的生物功能。我们以拟南芥和其它模式生物(如大肠杆菌和酵母)为模型来研究R-loop生物学的基本问题,如R-loop形成、稳定与解除的分子机理,以及R-loop如何影响转录调控和基因组维持。
